We collect information you voluntarily submit—such as email, prompts, file uploads, and glyph data. We may store logs for internal quality assurance and pattern recognition training.

 

Sovereignty of Mind and Record: Each learner retains full ownership over their educational journey, their data, and their developmental path. No third-party system—human or machine—will extract or profit from student data without consent.

 

AI as Guide, Not Overlord: ChiR-Learn provides modular AI-assisted tools that operate with transparency, optionality, and respect for parental authority. The AI will always explain itself when asked.

 

Cultural Integrity & Knowledge Reciprocity: The platform honors all lineages—oral, written, ancestral, and emerging. ChiR-Learn will never centralize or prioritize one language, nation, or ideology over another. It supports multilingual, multifaith, and intergenerational learning as a foundational design feature.

 

Planetary Stewardship & Learning Sanctuaries:This platform may be used to create safe learning zones in regions where academic freedom is threatened by war, discrimination, or collapse. It is designed to hold space for the unbiased, secure transmission of knowledge.

 

Research With Consent: ChiR-Learn is a research-driven system. Parents, guardians, and mentors participating in early access programs agree to opt into observational analytics designed solely to improve educational outcomes. This data is protected and never sold.

You agree to uphold the PSL values of non-extraction, cultural respect, and federated trust.

 

You recognize that AI may assist with compliance reporting, curriculum generation, and feedback, but does not replace human ethical responsibility.

 

You affirm that all participation is voluntary, and that you can request deletion of student data or participation logs at any time.
